Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (engraved items)
  • Special order pieces
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

How to Return

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Log into your account and navigate to Order History. Select the item you wish to return.
  2. Print Shipping Label
    You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email within 24 hours.
  3. Pack Securely
    Place the item in its original packaging and secure it in a shipping box.
  4. Ship It Back
    Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Exchanges are free within 30 days. Simply initiate an exchange through your account and we will ship the new size as soon as we receive your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Credit will be applied to your original payment method
  • It may take 5-10 additional days to appear on your statement
